Finding a suitable property is an important and sometimes daunting process. ipropertyrent.com will help you through the process in every way we can. We work hard to do everything we can to make the process as smooth as possible for you.

We’ll help you:

Find a property

All our high quality lets are available to view online, using the very latest internet technology. Our website remembers your preferences, so there’s no need to keep retyping your requirements. We have properties countrywide.

When you’ve chosen those properties you’d like to see first-hand, just call us to make a viewing appointment. We’re available by phone up to 8pm in the evening and throughout the weekend. We’ll then show you round.

Make the arrangements to rent

After you’ve chosen a property, we’ll ask you to fill in an application and supply proof of identity. We’ll find out how you want to pay - monthly or in full in advance. We’ll make sure that the correct forms are filled in for your credit check and work out whether a holding deposit is appropriate. We’ll offer you preferential rates on insurance.

Once that’s all underway, we’ll quickly send your application to the landlord and take up your references. As everything goes ahead, we’ll support you through all relevant documentation for signing.

When a tenancy is agreed

We’ll set a day for signing the contract. On that day, you’ll need:

• Your first month’s rent (or your lump sum in advance).
• Your deposit.
• Your administration fee.
• Your insurance payment if you decide to take a policy.

We’ll also inform the relevant utility companies so that you can set up your accounts.

During your tenancy, we will safeguard your deposit. If we manage your property, we’ll also be available for all queries when you become a tenant.
